Legal Question in Family Law in California

Prenuptial agreement before marriage is probably good.

There is one clause in the agreement that states I will pay a certain amount of money to my ex-wife for each child she has for me($20,000). I have really bought babies from her and is this a clause the court will hold me to? I was told that it is not enforceable as against public policy.

What do you think?
