Legal Question in Family Law in California

Pre-Nuptial Agreement.

I am getting married in the near future. I own a small business which is set-up as a California S-Corporation. I am the sole shareholder - 100%, and I would like to keep it that way throughout the marriage and in the event that the marriage does not work out. Am I protected solely on the basis that I am incorporated and the sole shareholder, or do I need to take additional steps to insure that it stays that way?
