prenuptial agreement

I,m looking to do a premarital agreement and wanting to know who can do one hear near Huntington Beach and at what cost? I also have downloaded the legal forms and wondering about the legality of doing your own?

I can likely do one for you for $600, it could be a bit more depending upon what you're looking to accomplish. A waiver of spousal support is not valid if the waiving party is not represented by counsel at the time of the waiver. Additionally, representation at the time the prenuptial is entered into would generally make enforcement of the agreement in more likely.

Hi, I can help with the premarital agreement.

My office is not too far from Huntington Beach. In California, you have to be very careful with drafting and signing premarital agreements without an attorney. If either side does not have an attorney, there is a strong possibility the agreement can be nullified.
