Legal Question in Family Law in California

Prenuptial

I signed a prenuptial in September of 99. It states that my jeep cherokee is my property. The lease is only in my husbands name.We are divorcing now. He says he will finish paying the lease, but will not buy it out for me. Is that legal? I am trying to avoid a nasty battle that I cannot afford, but want to get what I am entitled to. Help please.

unless required by the prenuptial he doesnt have to buy you out or even make payments.
