Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I prepare the judgment, what's involved? I had my trial, both parties were in attendance and judgment was granted by judge. I was asked to prepare and file the judgment. The judge said it was a simple form. I filed the FL-180, but it was incomplete and I don't know why.
