I have primary custody of my three children and would like to move from CA to Texas, my ex who lives in Nevada is trying to stop me, can he?

If this move impairs or frustrates the children's relationship with their father, the court may be a legitimate place to return for drafting a new parenting plan. If your timeshare will be essentially the same, your ex would have nothing to complain about.
