Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex has primary physical custody of our son, we both have joint legal. I live in Southern Ca. and they live in Sacramento. I already have problems with him allowing me to see him (there is a visitation order) and he makes it very difficult for me to even talk on the phone with my son. I heard from a family friend who lives near them that my ex moved. He never said anything to me which doesn't surprise me, and I have no idea where they moved. How do I go about this? Isn't he supposed to let me know if he moves?

You may need to prepare an OSC re Modification of Visitation and bring to the court's attention all of your problems. It is best if you document everything and keep a log of all of your efforts to visit with your son.
