Legal Question in Family Law in California

We had a private judge hear our divorce case, now that is completed, I would like all further actions to be heard in public courthouse with a regular judge. What form do I need to file?

You wouldn't need to file any particular forms to go back into the regular court house. Since your stipulations and orders were filed in the public court house, you most likely have an open case already in family court. Therefore you should speak with a lawyer in your area about seeking what you would want to see from the court, be it a custody modification or a support modification or an enforcement remedy.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
