Legal Question in Family Law in California

probate/will

my father was the oldest of 5 and passed in 2003 before his parents. Last year one month after my g m died my uncles and aunt had my g f change his will having everything split between them. My g f passed last month and now i received a petition of probate in which they as well as my fathers 2 living children were named as the people that were sent notice. I think the original will left part to my father and was to be passed down if he should die to his children, what can i do about this if anything?

Re: probate/will

You could contest the will. I'd need more information, however, before determining whether or not that's a good idea. When you say they "had" your grandfather change his will, what exactly does that mean?
