Legal Question in Family Law in California
probation
I have been on probation for 4 years and 8 months for violation of a child visitation court order when I moved from Ca to GA. I have 4 more months to go. My delima is now my son's father wants to send him back to me by the end of this month. I am not allowed to see my son outside the state of CA without a court order. His father does not wish to obtain this court order and has already purchased my son's ticket. He says he does not like going to court rooms is the reason why he does not want to get this letter from the courts. I told my probation officer he just keeps saying stay away from my son. I have no other family here in GA that my 15 year old son can stay with. I hate to leave him at the airport alone with all these crazy predators. His father says he is disgusted with him because my son has been held back in school more than once while with him and when he was with me he was on the honor roll. I love my son but I do not want to risk violating my probation. The only thing I can think of is calling the police to pick up my son as sson as he gets off that plane. Please help... I am lost here in GA on what to do. I have very little money to go back to CA. I have 5 other kids besides my son that I take care of.

Re: probation
Keep a record of the ticket purchase by father. If this becomes an issue then you can tell the court that your son came to GA and you had to take him home. Make sure that you have as much documentation as possible.
