having problems with my ex and court ordered visitaion due to teenagers busy social and academic schedule they are not able to make it thier father. children do not want to have to go

The most cost effective solution is to participate in co parenting counseling to address these issues. Peer socialization and extra curricular activities are important to children in this age category as is maintaining a good parenting schedule with both parents. If you cannot resolve these issues collaboratively, then a return to court on a motion to address these issues is warranted.
