Legal Question in Family Law in California
Procedures for a Court Investigator?
When you insist that they investigate everyone involved in a guardianship due to the fact that the petitioners are sitting their lying about every possible detail, and the court investigators investigation consisted of asking questions directly to the petitioners and a background check only, and their credibility and honesty was in question? How do you pursue that matter when you have enough evidence to prove that more than half of what is stated in their is in deed false statements and contradictory to other statements made prior and that it was basically a fasad and phony investigation

Re: Procedures for a Court Investigator?
you can spend your time responding to their false statements or take the lead and prove you side. courts are not always concerned that someone is lying. they want to know the relevant facts so s/he can make a good decision. so prove the facts that support your side.
