I'm afraid your question doesn't make sense. First, "legal document" is not much more meaningful than "document." Almost any document can have legal significance, and even if you narrow it down to documents that are created specifically to have legal relevance, you still have hundreds if not thousands of categories of documents that fit that phrase. Second, documents don't have procedures. "Procedures" is a word that relates to actions; documents are things. You have procedures to do something. Your question includes nothing that is a doing of something. Perhaps you could try posting a fresh question where you are more specific about what document or documents you are talking about, and what thing you want to do or have done that you want to know the procedures for.
