Legal Question in Family Law in California
What is the process for a Default Divorce? Does a child support order have to be included?

The attorney you consult will know how to do this.
Pick up "How to Do Your Own Divorce In California" published by Nolo Press. It will explain everything. If you have questions on local proceedures, ask the Family Law Facilitator in your local Superior Court. If neither the book nor the FLF is able to help you, feel free to email me with specific questions.
Mr. McCormick mentions a handy book. He also mentions the family law facilitator. If you want child support, you are going to have to submit paperwork to cover that with your default judgment package. I suggest having the family law facilitator review your paperwork, prior to submission.
Good luck.
