Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am currently in the process of getting divorced. When my wife and I separated we made an agreement for child support since the children are with me most of the time. Since this time she has stopped paying full payment and currently is $1950.00 behind. This is not a court ordered agreement but is signed by both of us. What action can I take?
