If I'm in the process of divorcing and filing an FL-150, how will the courts decide if my x and I both claim we each have the child 60% of the time?

It does not matter what each of you claim your timeshare is on form FL-150. The Court will look at your visitation schedule and tell you how much time each of you have. Good Luck.
