Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am in the process of getting guardianship of my niece age 14. So Is there sibling visitation rights in California? She wants to visit her siblings and have supervised visits with mom. Our court date is in May and should i bring that up at that time or is that another court date?

Stipulated visitation arrangements between siblings is only limited by your imagination. As long as the contact is in the child's best interest, the court will permit it. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
