the process of signing over the rights of the biological father to the mother

I wanted to know the process of having the biological father of my child sign over his rights to me or terminate them altogether???

The form is relinqueshment of parental rights. Unless the correct form is used it may not be cognized by the court. Further a court usually will not terminate a parents rights unless it is for the purpose of allowing the child to be adopted. Once his parental rights are terminated he will not be responsible for supporting the child.
