what is the produre for filling a divorce complaint in california? How much i need to spend in this case? We both willing to devorce, 1 child 2 year old, we are agree to settle our child.

You should consult with an attorney in your county for more specific responses. However, the current filing fee for a divorce is $350 payable to the county when you file your petition. You have several documents, summons, petition, UUCJEA dec, and residence, which you will need to fill out and file. Forms can be found on line.

After that, the costs will depned on whether you agree or not. If you cannot agree and need to work with an attorney, then the largest cost will be paying the attorney for hourly time.
