Legal Question in Family Law in California

Proof of Service for FAOH and Judgement

I sent OPC a copy of the FAOH and Judgment docs for the child support ordered by the court requesting edits and stated that they would be filed in 10 days if I didn't hear from him. I didn't, they were filed and signed by the judge. He's now demanding proof of service dated on or before the day the papers were filed. I have the proof of service but I didn't file it yet. Am I too late to file it?
