what is the proof of service procedure & consequences?

if someone never served you the petition and signs a proof of service stating that they did how do you pursue the matter? What would the procedure and steps be?

well you can challege the proof of service, but when you do that they will simply serve you. so it's best to file a response and move forward without the challenge.
