what is the proper order for default divorce paperwork to be presented to the court clerk in California?

You need to file a request for default to start the default process. The process is fairly complex, and can not be answered in a n email. You should probably consult with the local court house self help center to help with the proper order of paperwork in a default uncontested divorce process.
