Property

My car is under my name and my husband's name. Can he take the car away from me without my permission?

Absent a court order you both have equal rights to the car. I guess he can take the car and hide it and then you would have to go to court to give you exclusive use and possession of the car. If you wish to save your marriage is sounds like you need to see a counselor, they're cheaper than attorneys in many ways. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
