property claim in divorce case

Couple has home & child. Wife left & filed divorce. Did not claim share of home. Child joint custody. When divorce final can husband sell home without ex-wife signature? Can she claim after divorce is final?

He would have to get a court order for the sale of the house. He could request that the house be given to him. In the alternative he could request that wife's portion be held in trust to pay child support for her. With the amount of money at stake he should retain an attorney to help him with the dissolutin.
