Legal Question in Family Law in California

Property

Was in a common law marriage for 13 years seven years ago, he said I could have the home we shared now wants it back to sell, no paper work, he has made the payments. I lived and upkept the home. Do I have any recourse? I am now married, so is he.

Re: Property

You need to hold him to that agreement as a "Palomony" settlement. A quiet of tile action needs to be filed before he sells it under you. Contact me directly.
