Property in Divorce

I am married and I am going to seperate. Our house is under my name only. He doesn't want to move. Can I kick him out? Can I get Law Enforcement to help me.

You should file an Order to Show Cause asking that the court order him to move out. You should look for an attorney in your area to assist you with this.
