My ex is a prostitiute (child suppport)

I found out that my ex is a prostitute, but was never convicted. What would I need to prove it in family law court for child support? Need to know what evidence I will need before I take her to court.

Child support is based on the income history and income potential of both spouses. It is not relevant whether she was a prostitute.
