ANSWER:

You need to hire a security guard to remain on your premises during the period of time that you are out of state on business.

You should contact an attorney regarding the possibility of obtaining a CLETS restraining. Such an order could require him to stay away from you and from your home. The violation of such an order is a misdemeanor, but these orders are not self enforcing. Generally someone would have to call the police and report the violation.

Have you reported his conduct to the police. If there is no evidence of his conduct, have you considered installing a video camera and vcr to record your property. Video pictures of him destroying you property or taking you car could be used to prosecute him.
