Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a protection order CLETS in CA - in the order i am given sole use control and posses of the property - downstairs there is an apartment - my ex forced the person who lived there out and now has hired a property management firm to rent it out. This manger comes on the property at any time he feels like it - he has blocked our enterance to property and harrassed me and my daughter who is also protected in the order. I have asked him to please come to my door and let me know he is there so we are aware of who is here and are not scared - he has not done so - he told me he was an attorney and he knows the law i don't and he can do what ever he wants to because he was hired by my ex - we are afraid what are our rights? can he come here anytime he wants to? does he have to let me know he is here? What does sole use, posses and control of the property really mean for us? thank you
