Can my 14-year-old daughter petition for a protective order to prevent another juvenile girl from bullying her?

First, you might call CPS. Then she can petition through a Guardian ad Litem, which would probably be you. The local court probably has people who can assist you to handle this. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

Yes. But it will be up to the school she goes to whether to suspend or expel the bully.
