How to prove that my ex husband is working?

Hi,

By myself, I took my ex husband to court for contempt of child support. He never paid me (over 3.5 years). He requested a lawyer for free and we have to go back to court again on 01/22. Can you please help me and tell me what are the forms name and number so I can supboena his 3 banks to get his statements. I know - for sure - that he works and has money but I don't know how to prove it. I was only able to find a city publication with the name of a fictitious business he created. I printed it and will take it to court. What else can I do to prove to the court that he has money? Please help!!

The local department of child support services will help you collect unpaid child support. This organization has access to his income records and other resources that can be used to collect unpaid child support.
