Legal Question in Family Law in California
Does one have to provide a crib for a baby and toddler or is a pack-n-play suitable? My soon to be ex-husband is wanting our 2 year old, and 9 month old to have overnight stays, and I want to know if a pack-n-play is all he needs to provide. I want the babies to sleep in a crib, with a matress, not the pack-n-plays. They each have a crib at my house. I just need to know if the California laws require him to provide proper bedding for the kids. Also, do they need separate rooms, since the 2 year old is a girl, and the 9 month old is a boy? Can the kids share a room? At my house they each have their own room, and the 9 month old still cries and wakes up in the middle of the night.
