Legal Question in Family Law in California
I want to pull my child out of school, what do I need to do? She has a mild form of autism and the school has continuously failed her. I want to teach her at home, without an organized home school program. What are my legal rights?

You certainly don't have a right to just pull her out and not properly home school her. It sounds like what you really need is help demanding a proper IEP for her.
