Can punitive damages be asked for in a motion if my ex wife does not keep a custody schedule anything else with teeth. I have not seen my daughter in 8 Months.

The "teeth" is a criminal contempt citation. File a motion called an Order to Show Cause, in the court that issued your custody order, asking the court to hold her in contempt of court.
