purchase of vehicle

I was purchased a truck from a friend whom baught it as a gift. The truck has sinced been taken back from me.

I have a court document that states from the person that baught for me''I baught her a car out of the generosity. That a judge signed along with the person whom purchased the truck for me.The truck was financed . My name was nowhere on the truck otherthan on the insurance policy that my friend purchased for it. I was listed as primary driver. the person whom baught it for me never drove the truck in 16 months i had it, nor asked for any payment because it was a gift. he has somewhat agreed to help purchase a mini motorhome for me in replacement of the truck. his attorney wants me to write him a letter asking mr. stover to help purchase a motorhome for me. theres a little bit more to the story. But ill talk to you later about it.
