Legal Question in Family Law in California

I purchased a home while single. Now that rates are low I decided to refinance the property but I am married now. I live in California. Because the loan is an FHA loan, they are requiring my now husband to sign docs at closing. I would like to protect this property as mine in case my husband and I were to divorce in the future. How can I ensure this property isn't included in our community property as a married couple?
