How can I put an end to my ex-husband harassing me through court?
It's been 3 years and it has not gotten any better. My ex does not abide by the court orders and continually calls CPS, animal control, and makes allegations against my fianc�.
The judge was so sick of seeing us in court ( all motions made by ex) that he ordered that we not be allowed to return unless we receive his written approval! Now of course this gave my ex even more opportunity to disregard the court order. He is turning up everywhere I go. The judge did not renew my restraining order so law enforcement can't help me.

You should have an order that is specific. If he shows up everywhere you are that is stalking. You need a consultation with an attorney who can help you sort out the problems and cut down on his conduct.
