Legal Question in Family Law in California
What do I put in the field of "short title" on form interrogatories? I'm using the family law FL-145 form.
Thank you.

The short title is the shortened version of the case name. If John Smith sues Fred Jones it would be Smith v. Jones. Divorces have the same last name, so sometimes it is written IRMO (In re Marriage Of) Kramer, rather than Kramer v. Kramer.
