Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex put a lot of miscellaneous false information in her "Order to Show Cause" and "Income Expense Declaration". How and when should I articulate these falsities so the court can be aware? It has to do with her income, the custody time share, and many other areas. She did not include a MC-30 Declaration either. How should I address all the discrepancies without taking away from the other important information I need to include in my declaration to defend myself?

First, you would be well served to instead then have it drafted by an attorneynspecializing in family law. Second, you address in your response first those issues which she brought up in her pleadings and second that which she did not include. But, you also need to be careful not to get too tied up arguing the minutia when you should put more emphasis on the major points.
