Legal Question in Family Law in California
QDRO drawn up by attorney, ex signed "under protest". I want to file In Pro Per. Do I only need a judge to sign ? Should I include his 'under protest' page?

The judge always signs any order or judgment. There is a procedure in the local rules for each county court for the time process to submit proposed orders and judgments to the court. If a party objects, the objections must also be filed with the court, and the judge/ commissioner will decide the matter.
