Qdro

My ex husbands attorney is dragging his feet regarding the retirement issue. Do I need an attorney? Or can I just file a court order against him or his attorney?...My attorney signed off 1.5 years ago, and his attorney is supposed to handle the QDRO.

It would be unusual for the retiree to insure that a QDRO is filed. I would like to review the ORDER. Contact me directly.
