Legal Question in Family Law in California
Quadro
I was divorced 4years ago after a 30
year marriage. There was a Quadro
which handled the split of the
investment account. My ex worked
for a large corporation for over 30
years. When I asked my attorney
about any pension benefits that I
would be entitled to she said, '' There
weren't any.'' I believed there was a
pension, but at the time I was too
distressed to pursue this. Is there
anything I can do to check into this?

In a general sense you can use various resources to look into it, including a Subpoena of records from your spouse's employer. The Court has continuing jurisdiction to divide undisclosed or unadjudicated marital assets.
For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!

Yes, if your husband failed to disclose those assets.
