Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have a Qualified Domestic Relations Order from California. I tried a couple of years ago to get it enforced by having a company called Legal Dynamics do the paper work and send it to my ex. When he did not sign, and although I had paid them in excess of $1,200. Nothing else was done. How can I get this Order enforced without having that happen again.?

I believe you are confused. If you have a QDRO filed in your case and signed by a Judge, then that needs to be presented to the Administrator of the retirement fund. If you need your ex's signature, you do not yet have a QDRO, and if a provision for the QDRO was included in your Judgment of Dissolution, you can filed a request that the court issue the QDRO you have had prepared without your ex's signature. Then it can be presented to the Administrator of the retirement fund. In any case you probably need to consult with an attorney.
