Hi

I am indian guy married indian girl as per our law and ritual.I live in california on H1 visa.My wife joined me on H4 visa.But due to some problem she returned to our home country.Now she has inform that she is coming back.I am staying in an rented apartment with my room mates.Can i stop my wife from entering my apartment on the ground that i am living in rented apartment with my room mates.so i will not allow her to enter my apartment to stay with me.Can i legally do this ????She is still my legally weeded wife
