Legal Question in Family Law in California

My question is i just got out of an abusive relationship and before he and i split I had called the cops on him for pushing me on the ground n scabbing my knee up and when i officer talked to me for the second time i backed out on charging him with domestic violence three weeks later we get back together and this past saturday he shoved me and pushed me to thhe ground leaving massive bruises on my body tuesday we got into a huge arguement and the cops were called he got arrested and charged with domestic violence and stayed the night in jail and was released the next morning and all charges were dropped and all officers involved all agreed that all the gashes and bruises on body i could not have done myself...so my question is if i have witnesses will the verdict be in my favor

You really need a domestic violence stay away order to keep your ex away from you and counseling through a battered women's shelter. If he is being charged criminally, talk to the district attorney about the steps involved in ths legal process.
