Legal Question in Family Law in California

I need to ask a question
My ex-husband works for the Boeing Co. and I'm entiled to his pension when he retires, My question is, if I can get his pension now. He have a house,assets, and makes $59,928 dls. a year. I receive SSI. I can't work because I got very sick after my divorce. I had to seekhelp from a phycologist, and I''m still taking medication for depression. My financial situation it's not very good at all, since I make $10,440 a year. Please, I need help from a lawyer who can take my case. I still see him, and he keeps calling me all the time,and I don't think that there's any chance to reconciliate since he have a girlfriend. He meet her while we were getting divorce. I tried not to call him,but he tells me that when he don't know or hear about me for a while he says that he freaks out. Now, he is seeing somebody else beside his girlfriend,and when I meet him, he was married, and I didn't knew ,untill his first ex-wife called me,and I think you can figure out what happen. That was 15 years ago. I've been divorce for 7 years. Right after we got divorce,he bought a house in Brea OC. also he bought a $25,000.dls truck. Please I need some advice.
