Legal Question in Family Law in California

Question about false incidents

Hello,

I have been living with my boyfriend for 5 months and got the shock of my life today. There were no signs. Today he walks over to the phone, dials 911 and says that he wants to report an incident and that there is a history of domestic violence and that he didnt' know what I was going to do. There has never been an incident. He doesn't use verbage like that so I figured it out shortly that this was premeditated. Now an incident has been filed with me as the bad guy and him as a victim of NO crime. I have no record. No history of violence. What can I do? He wants me out. I don't want to be with him anymore after today. I realize I don't know who he is. I work at home via the computer. When I moved in he had no software programs and was working on Windows 98. I've installed the major expensive web developement programs and upgraded his Operating System to Windows xp professional. I just started a biz on October 3rd and serious data is on this computer. I have less than two days to burn files and I'm in biz negotiations with companies. what can I do?

Given the dynamics of the information that you have provided, I would make priority one finding a place to move to. The computer and the software is not as important as getting away from your situation.

Good luck to you.
