Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a question about Family Law Form (FL 485), Notice of Deliquency (2 pages). This form has a field for Total Child Support Ordered Paid on the first page. However, I think this should Total Child Support Ordered but Not Paid. If it was paid, I have no reason to file Notice of Delinquency. In the center of the form, there is a field for Actually Paid. Therefore, I believe the form is not correct. Am I wrong about this? And regarding the interest, does it mean penalty monthly 6%? Should I write each 6% of interest as penalty in each line? Where can I find the calculation software to calculate the accruted interest? As I cannot afford to pay any legal service (I am bankcrupted as I have not received full child support for long), I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me for this question.

If you are seeking to enforce child support orders, you should contact the local child support services deparment. They will ensure that you are receiving fair child support and help you set up enforcement remedies if he does not pay. In regards to child support, you do not have go proceed by yourself.

or self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
