Legal Question in Family Law in California

Question

I had to give a depostition yesterday to my daughters fathers lawyer, the was another possiblity that someone else was the father, no we know through paternity test which is the father. The one who isn't the father, the lawyer got him to fill out papers trying to gain custody of my daughter, after he gave his depostition to her fathers lawyer. The same lawyer also served me with the other mans papers after I gave my depostition. What can I do legally in court and about the lawyer? The lawyer is the one who typed up the papers for him.
