I have no where to go or no finacial means and he does can he legally put me out of our home? Can I put him out and have him pay for the bills until I able to? And what can I do to protect myself form his large family? And can I still be able to get his medical?

The only way a person can be removed from their residence is by way of a court order requiring substantial proof of domestic violence. You may be entitled to spousal support. Please consult with a skilled family law attorney to explore your legal options.
